Cordele Builders, the exclusive builder at Beauclerc Hideaway in Jacksonville’s Beauclerc area, is offering buyer incentives.
The “555 Deal” could save qualified buyers thousands of dollars on any new Cordele home purchased by December 31. The builder will pay up to $5,000 in closing costs and give them a $5,000 Home Depot or Lowe’s gift card for customers who purchase a new market home. Likewise, customers who purchase one of Cordele’s Built-To-Suit homes will receive $25,000 in upgrades and the builder will pay up to $5,000 in closing cost.
There are several homes designs being offered on six homesites. Designs are priced from the $600’s and range from 2,518 to 3,589 square feet. Homes feature four to five bedrooms, two-and-one-half to five baths, two- or three-car attached garages, among other amenities. For homebuyers looking to move in promptly, Cordele has completed construction on three market homes.
