Mercedes Homes reports that only 15 townhomes remain in the Mediterranean-inspired resort-style community of Hannah’s Walk in St. Augustine. Two- and three-bedroom home designs are available from the mid-$200s. Mercedes Homes’ townhomes at Hannah’s Walk are situated on conservation home sites and cul-de-sac streets. Buyers may select one of three two-story designs that range from 1,349 to 1,682 square feet.
The model center is open Monday through Thursday and Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday and Sunday from noon-6 p.m. To visit Hannah’s Walk, from I-95, exit onto Route 207 and head north to Route 312. Turn right onto Route 312 and head east to Mizell Road and turn right. Hannah’s Walk will be on the right-hand side of the road.
