Three years ago, no one lived on the river on the Southbank. Within the next few months that will change dramatically. According to on-site sales agent Kristin Fanning, San Marco Place (left) has only two of 141 condominiums left. Fanning said the 21-story residential tower will be completed by the end of the year. Across Prudential Drive, The Strand (middle tower) is nearly complete and its 295 units go on sale Nov. 18. Construction will be complete and residents can move into the 27-story tower by the end of January. The 37-story Peninsula (foreground right) will be done in the first quarter of 2008. Nearly all of its 234 units have been sold.
