In the busy world of shopping, dining and walking in the St. Johns Town Center on Jacksonville’s Southside, Esplanade at Town Center is for shop-a-holics and those looking to be close to hustle-and-bustle, but still have a privacy gate.
The 258-condominium Esplanade, next to the area’s newest mall, is nearly sold out, but Lifestyles Realty agents held a Realtor party to keep people talking about the complex. There are eight different floor plans, starting at $187,400 and 785 square feet (home owner association fees are $128.52), and going up to 1,285 square feet for $294,900 (HOA fees are $231.29). Amenities include a pool with water fountain and sun-deck seating.
There is a hotel next to the community, but each entrance has a locked gate.
Agents say there are fewer than 20 units left.
