Waves? Perhaps, but not likely. City Council Vice President Daniel Davis did take a few minutes Tuesday afternoon to relax in his “new” office and read “Surfer” magazine. Davis is the acting mayor thanks to Mayor John Peyton and Council President Michael Corrigan both being out of town until Thursday.
