Mandarin model is now open
The Santa Barbara, a newly decorated model home, is now open for tours at Tuscan Oaks, Mercedes Homes’ new single-family community in Mandarin. The two-story home features Mediterranean architecture.
From the outside, the Santa Barbara ‘s columns, arched openings, and brick-paved courtyard lead into the home. Stepping through the double-door entry, buyers can explore the 4,335-square-foot home, which includes six bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a three-car garage.
The exclusive community features 24 homesites.
In addition to the Santa Barbara, buyers can select from five floor plans that range from 2,395 to more than 4,000 square feet of living space. Homes are priced from the mid-$500,000s.
