Prudential has deal with Yahoo!

Prudential Network Realty, in conjunction with Prudential Real Estate, has formed an exclusive marketing agreement with Yahoo! Inc. to provide information about Northeast Florida real estate to Internet users worldwide.

The partnership has been in the works for more than a year and recently made its online debut.

Yahoo! reaches more than 62 percent of all Internet users, drawing 95 million unique visitors each month including seven million real estate-related searchers and more than two million unique visitors to the Yahoo! Real Estate section.

Consumers anywhere who visit Yahoo!, click on Real Estate and type in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, or the zip codes for the First Coast will go to the Prudential Network Realty Web site, where they have access to current listings and information on all Northeast Florida area homes listed with the Multiple Listing Service

In addition to viewing local listings, consumers can get market statistics such as property values in local areas, area schools, neighborhood overviews and more.

Robbins selling Bartram Farms

Victoria Robbins Realty is selling at Bartram Farms, a new equestrian neighborhood located on State Road 13A in St. Johns County.  The community offers land from three acres up to 15 acres priced from $189,900. 

Developed by the Alterra Group, the community’s first phase will consist of more than 700 acres and equestrian amenities, including more than six miles of trails along the property’s perimeters. 

The trails will wind between wooded wetland areas and the community’s eight large lakes, which range from 2.5 to more than 28 acres. 

Providence builds charity home

Providence Homes has announced that its 2005-06 “Home From The Heart” house, whose sale will benefit Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Builders Care program, has been completed and is currently priced to sell at $391,974.

The home is a two-story, 2,580-square-foot, four-bedroom with study, two-and-one-half-bath, Jaffa design within Greenland Chase – Providence Homes’ new master-planned community located in Mandarin.

Once sold, 100 percent of the proceeds will go directly towards Builders Care, a non-profit organization founded in 2001 that aids local First Coast elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged citizens who cannot afford construction services by traditional means.

Ocala company has Nassau project

Ocala-based Coastal Signature Homes is the exclusive homebuilder for the Waterman’s Bluff community in Nassau County. The custom builder is gearing up to begin production on luxury estate homes for its first Northeast Florida residential project.

Headed by company president Jack Gartner, Coastal Signature Homes’ recent purchase of 70 of the community’s 142 homesites secures its spot as Waterman’s Bluff’s primary homebuilder. Its acquisition from land developer Strickland Holloway of Amelia Island Ventures is a company investment of approximately $21 million.

Gartner estimated the beginning of new home construction within to be as early as November. Gartner also anticipates completing approximately 15 home designs per year.
