Nancy Dulaney (left), franchise consultant for Einstein Bros. Bagels, was in Jacksonville Friday morning for the grand opening of Downtown’s newest breakfast and lunch spot. It’s located in the walkway between the Hyatt hotel and the City Hall Annex and is open every day from 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Dulaney said the shop is one of 30 in Florida and the first in the state located in a hotel. “I’m sure many of our guests will come to Einstein Bros., but we really wanted to offer this great product to Downtown workers and residents,” said Fred Hoffmann, Hyatt’s executive assistant manager and senior food & beverage director.
