LandMar Group LLC has created LandMar Realty LLC, a new brokerage entity serving its communities in Southeast Georgia and throughout Florida. The new company will be run by LandMar Vice President of Marketing and Sales Jim Doyle, who is the principal broker for LandMar Realty.
“LandMar is pleased to add this valuable service opportunity to our potential purchasers and property owners,” Doyle. “We launched LandMar Realty to assist our customers in their home buying or selling process.”
The LandMar Realty team members are on-site developer-trained representatives. According to Doyle, they are dedicated to providing convenient and expert assistance to consumers and Realtors interested in purchasing property in one of the many LandMar developments in Florida and Southeast Georgia. LandMar Realty also provides LandMar property owners with an effective option for having the developer team marketing their property in the event that they wish to sell.
“We know that people’s lives change,” said Doyle. “When LandMar residents in our LandMar Realty communities need to sell their property, we offer them the exclusive option of representation by professionals trained to market our communities.”
LandMar Realty is currently serving the LandMar communities of Winding River and Osprey Cove in St. Mary’s, Ga., Grand Haven and Grand Landings in Palm Coast, Sugarloaf Mountain in Clermont, Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville and The Shipyards in Jacksonville.
