LaTerra Links at World Golf Village recently unveiled its luxury coach homes to local Realtors during the grand opening celebration of the community’s two model homes.
“We appreciate the interest the Northeast Florida real estate community has shown in our elegant models,” said Director of Sales Tracey Falby. “The positive response to our coach homes – a completely new product in Northeast Florida – has been remarkable.”
Guests were transported by the St. Augustine Trolleys from the LaTerra Resort and Spa to the community and were among the first to tour the community’s two new models. The coach homes at LaTerra Links are situated in two-story buildings with four residences per building – two upstairs and two downstairs. There are two floor plans available offering 2,160 or 2,783 square feet of living space. Each coach home has a separate entrance, an attached two-car garage and screened lanai. Homes on the first floor feature 10-foot ceilings while homes on the second level include vaulted ceilings, skylights and a private elevator inside the home as standard features.
