Trident Realty Corp has established its team of architecture, construction, engineering, interior design and real estate companies to create The Waverly at Deerwood Commons, Trident’s new luxury condominium community.

Trident Realty Corp is working with Jacksonville-based Rink Design Partnership, Inc., an architectural, interior design and landscape design firm, and Jacksonville planning and engineering firm Prosser Hallock Planners & Engineers on the design of The Waverly at Deerwood Commons. The development is situated on 12 acres near the Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Merrill Lynch headquarters. W.G. Mills, Inc., which is headquartered in Sarasota with a North Florida Regional Office in Jacksonville, has been chosen as the general contractor to build The Waverly’s seven buildings holding 226 elegantly-styled residences and on-site amenities.
Trident Realty Corp has selected Jacksonville’s Prudential Network Realty as its exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Waverly at Deerwood Commons.
