WCI opens In Hammock Dunes
WCI Communities has opened a professionally decorated Toscano model at Casa Bella Carriage Homes in Hammock Dunes. The model was styled by Professional Sales & Consulting Co., Inc of Palm Coast.
Model 1801 highlights The Toscano floor plan, a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath design with impressive, high ceilings on the ground floor at Casa Bella.
Casa Bella’s community amenity area includes a neighborhood pool pavilion, grill pavilion, fitness center and beach walkover. Casa Bella Carriage homes are priced starting in the high-$700s.
Village Square almost finished
Construction is nearly complete at Village Square, a new mixed-used development by Trident Realty Corp at Palencia.
Located in Palencia Village, Village Square has 24 residential condominiums located above 21 office and retail condominiums.
Ryland selling in Durbin
Ryland Homes has started on-site sales of new three, four and five bedroom single-family homes priced from the $260s at Durbin Crossing, located off Russell Sampson Rd. between Racetrack Rd. and C.R. 210 in St. Johns County.
Eight model homes are under construction and all homes will be open in May. An on-site sales office is now open.
