It looked like the calendar had been turned back on the streets Downtown Friday as hundreds of participants in the ninth annual Goodguys Spring National car show arrived for the weekend-long event. Close to 2,000 examples of vintage and restored American-made rolling stock were on display at Municipal Stadium. It wasn’t all just for fun and games – many of the vehicles were entered in competitions to determine national finalists for the Goodguys Truck of the Year, Muscle Car of the Year and Custom Rod of the Year.
