There is no longer just a slab of concrete at the site of 1616 River Road, a riverfront condominium community in Jacksonville’s San Marco area.
Karen Aibel, The Realty Group’s president, said the first of two buildings is now vertical and changing rapidly.
The villas will have six residences – two flats, two town homes and two 3,800-plus square-foot penthouses.
A second building will be constructed once the first building is move-in ready later this year.
Prices begin in the upper $900s for town homes, $1.25 million for first-floor flats and $2.5 million for second floor penthouses.
