Amelia Island project manager J.P. McClellan has formed a new firm that is introducing Key West-style architecture to the Northeast Florida market. J.P. McClellan Inc. Artisan Builder is constructing several residences at Amelia Park including the area’s first Key West Eyebrow-style home.

McClellan is a nine-year project manager at Amelia Park who has overseen the construction of more than 200 homes at the development.

The builder’s first home at Amelia Park was the recently-completed Hemingway, which sold for $710,000.

The firm has two additional homes under construction in the Palm Row neighborhood of Amelia Park. McClellan expects to build about six homes a year.
