ICI Homes will start building this month at Weschester, which is located off 43rd St. and N.W. 82nd Rd. in northwest Gainesville.
Karen Sutherland, North Florida division vice president and marketing director for ICI Homes in the Jacksonville region, said the company is building 102 new single family homes at Weschester priced from the mid $200s.
Sutherland said two model homes now under construction — the Canterbury with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths at 2,660 square feet and the Devonshire II a 2,002 square foot home with four bedrooms and two baths — will open in September. ICI Homes has made a major commitment in the Gainesville area, Sutherland said. In the first quarter of 2008, ICI Homes will start models in Oakmont, a master planned community in southeast Gainesville.
