WCI Communities, Inc. has opened a model at Casa Bella Carriage Homes in Hammock Dunes. The model was styled by Cheryl Sweeney and Amy Sweeney of Designs by The Sweeney Group of Palm Coast.
Model 1802 features The Milano floor plan, a three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath design with a private, screened lanai and veranda on the second floor at Casa Bella.
Casa Bella’s community amenity area includes a neighborhood pool pavilion, grill pavilion, fitness center and beach walkover. Homes are priced starting in the $600s.
