It’s easier to spot one of Bay Street Town Center’s watering holes since Dive Bar installed its new sign. Club owner Mark Hemphill sketched the design after he was inspired by some examples he saw in historic photographs of Downtown in its heyday then turned it over to Taylor Sign Co. for fabrication and installation. “We just wanted to liven up the block a little and I think we certainly accomplished that goal,” said Hemphill.
