Watson Custom Home Builders has opened a new model and is offering several market homes in Country Walk.
Priced from the high-$100’s, there are over a dozen floorplans ranging from 1,615 to over 3,000 square feet of living space. The community will ultimately have 179 homesites, all with views of the lake or preserve areas.
The new model at Country Walk, the Wimbleton, is a 2,525-square-foot design with four bedrooms and three full-baths.
The market homes include the Danbury 4, Glendale and Glendale Bonus plans and all are wooded preserve homesites.
The Danbury 4 is a single-story, 2,000-square-foot home with four bedrooms and two full baths.
The 2,178-square-foot Glendale is a two-story design with four bedrooms, three full-baths and a spacious covered patio. The 2,850-square-foot Glendale Bonus has with five bedrooms and three full baths.
