Lifestyles Realtors is in Jacksonville’s Riverside area.
Carmen Edwards is the broker and also heads the Lifestyles office in nearby Avondale at 3614 St. Johns Ave.
The Riverside office has been opened since 2002, and the Avondale office opened a year ago. Between the two offices, Edwards oversees about 25 agents.
So, how are the offices doing as we head into 2008?
“The summer and first part of fall was slow but the last couple of weeks everyone I talk to is working with buyers who are ready to move forward,” said Edwards. “Sellers are getting a little more realistic, so our business is really starting to kick in about the last two weeks. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.”
The agents gather in the Riverside office once a week for their weekly sales meeting.
