Morrison Homes has welcomed its first residents, Stephen and Tinsley English, to Sevilla at World Commerce Center.
“When we moved back to Jacksonville from Atlanta, we spent some time looking for a community that was right for us,” said Stephen English. “We choose Sevilla for many reasons, but mainly because of its proximity to Interstate 95, the great schools surrounding it and the growing popularity of the area.”

Priced from the $300,000s, the Brookwood II is available on 53- or 63-foot homesites.
