For the past five years, County Court Judge Russell Healey and his Judicial Assistant, Becci Powell, have exchanged gifts at Christmas. This year, they decided to forego that tradition and begin a new one that would benefit the patients at Nemours Children’s Clinic. They each purchased a red wagon and asked other judges and assistants to help fill them with bandages with images on them that children would recognize. Their colleagues came through and contributed hundreds of packages of bandages – everything from Spiderman to My Little Pony to Scooby Doo. Healey said the wagons and their contents will be delivered to the clinic before Christmas.
