Dustin Greer (pictured) and his partners are about to begin construction of a new watering hole at 11 Ocean St. They’re going to call it “Dragonfly Salon & Lounge” because it will be a bar serving what Greer described as “a light tapas menu” on the ground floor, with a hair styling salon on the second floor and a third bar on the roof. “It’s going to be urban-chic, upscale but not stuffy,” said Greer. The focal point of the downstairs decor will be a sign painted on one of the walls years ago that Greer said would “cost a fortune if I wanted to have one like it created today.” He expects to be open for business within five months: “This is going to be the best place in town to watch the 4th of July fireworks.”
