St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community, has many homes under construction including several by ICI Homes that are available for immediate move-in.

ICI’s model home is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The company’s homes at St. Johns Forest are priced starting from the mid-$600s.
