Learn to Read’s 14th annual “Kiss the Pig” campaign began last week. The campaign runs through April 29 and the winner will be announced at a Sun’s game. Instead of the winner kissing the pig, the winner of the campaign picks who has to kiss the pig.
This year’s campaign candidates are: Dr. Edythe Abdullah, Florida Community College of Jacksonville; Howard Coker, Coker, Schickel, Sorenson & Daniel, PA; John Cooper, St. Vincent’s Medical Center; Scott Houser, W.W. Gay; David Lane, CNL Bank; Moses Meide, Law Office of Moses Meide; Greg Perrine, JEA; and Dan Scanlan, Florida Times-Union.
