City employee honored for 40 years

Leroy Sheffield (center) is pulling right behind Raymond Roundtree – Jacksonville’s most tenured employee with 48 years under his belt. Sheffield has been working for the city’s Environmental Resource Department in the Solid Waste Division for 40 years.
