The developers of Berkman Plaza 2 in downtown Jacksonville are offering Realtors a $1,000 Visa gift card for every sale through January 31st.
The high-rise, to be completed in late 2008, will have 23 stories, with 222 homes. Studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes range from the $170’s to the $600’s. Remaining penthouses start in the $800’s.
In addition, buyers will receive free usage of a yacht slip at the Berkman Marina during construction. Once the building is completed in late 2008 and buyers close on their new homes, they will be given the opportunity to receive 50 percent off the rental cost of the slip for the first full year. Utilities charges are not included in the offer.
