ICI Homes has started construction of a 10,000-square foot community center with a 3,000-square foot full fitness facility at the Villages of Westport, located off Dunn Ave. and Braddock Road in Jacksonville’s Northside.
Karen Sutherland, vice president of the North Florida Division of ICI Homes in the Jacksonville region, said the $6 million construction project is slated to start in mid-2007. Sutherland said the complex also features a swimming pool, kiddie pool with two water slides, barbecue pavilion, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a multi-purpose field. ICI Homes is building 75 single-family homes priced from the $350s at the Village of Creston in the Villages of Westport.
