Morrison Homes is adding to its portfolio in Nassau County. The company is building in River Glen, a new gated community located near Plummers Creek, close to Amelia Island.

“River Glen offers a serene environment set among lush trees and the native landscape of Northern Florida,” said Morrison Homes Vice President of Sales and Marketing Dan Gregory. “The community is ideal for families who desire easy access to major highways, downtown Jacksonville and various attractions without being right in the middle of it all.”

Morrison Homes has homes in River Glen that are similar to the designs found in Bartram Springs.

The homebuilder is offering 10 floor plans designed for its 50-foot homesites ranging from 1,558 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths to 2,824 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.

There are six new home designs for buyers to choose from who desire a 60-foot homesite. Those plans range from a three-bedroom, two-bath, 1,925-square-foot home to a four-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,587 square feet. Homes in River Glen are priced from the low-$200s.
