Ryland Homes recently started selling new three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes with two and three-car garages at Durbin Crossing, its newest community with 350 home sites located off Russell Sampson and Race Track Roads in St. Johns County.
Buyers can choose from 20 different floorplans. Homes range in size from 1,487 square feet to more than 3,600 square feet of living space are priced from the mid-$200s to the high $400s. Ryland will have eight model homes at Durbin Crossing, opening in spring. More information: 838-4028.
