Vertical construction has started on Vestcor Communities’ first Nassau County development, The Cottages at Stoney Creek.
The Cottages at Stoney Creek is a 224-unit gated condominium community on 115 acres off AIA and Arrigo Road just west of the Intracoastal Waterway. The property consists of 8-unit buildings, each with four two-story units and four flats.
Amenities will include covered lanais, corian countertops, crown molding, tile flooring, garden tubs, separate showers and a direct access one-car garage. Floor plans will range between 1,340 to 1,603 square feet. The community will feature a cabana with summer kitchen, a resort-style pool and recreation areas.
The first units will be ready in June.
