Jacksonville attorney Grier Wells has been appointed to the Executive Committee of The Florida Bar Board of Governors. Two other Bar members — David Rothman of Miami and Tim Sullivan of Westlake, Ohio — were also appointed.
Bar President Frank Angones has appointed two additional board members to the Executive Committee, rounding out its membership for the 2007-08 Bar year.
Angones announced he appointed board members Eugene Pettis and Gwynne Young to the panel.
They will join Angones, Bar President-elect Jay White, Young Lawyers Division President Scott Atwood, Budget Committee Chair Mayanne Downs, Legislation Committee Chair Jesse Diner, and Communications Committee Chair Richard Tanner on the Executive Committee, which is empowered to act for the Board of Governors between its meetings.
