Judge Arnold "Courthouse" plan ready to go

Circuit Court Judge Charles Arnold spent five years on the new County Courthouse advisory committee and recently got so frustrated with the process that he had the new Courthouse designed himself. The rendering is actually a new federal courthouse in New Jersey, but Arnold jokingly made it public at Circuit Court Judge A.C. Soud’s portrait unveiling a couple of weeks ago,

“I agree with the mayor. The project is snake bitten,” said Arnold, who was on the original advisory committee with Soud.
