Pete Gentry and Susy Turney of CLC Realty have been named co-chairs of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors (CAR).
CAR is a recognized Commercial Overlay organization of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors dedicated to providing services and benefits to commercial real estate member practitioners in northeast Florida and the nation.
Gentry and Turney, brokers with CLC Realty, succeed outgoing chair Lenny Cannarazo, a broker with Madison and Hoyt.
CAR, along with CCIM North Florida Chapter, produces the Real Estate Outlook Conference which was held this past April and attended by approximately 750 at the Hyatt.
CAR members, as commercial real estate professionals, represent buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, in the sale or leasing of office, industrial, retail and land parcels. CAR members must first be a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Gentry and Turney formed CLC Realty in 2004. Both have been residents of Jacksonville and Northeast Florida for more than 30 years. CLC Realty is primarily a commercial real estate brokerage firm which has had recent success in marketing Industrial, office and commercial land for sale and lease.
