East West Partners has released plans of its newest North Florida community. Rolling Hills at Lake Asbury is a 562-acre master planned community in the heart of Clay County. The community adjoins the Bradley Creek Greenway conservation in Lake Asbury and has more than 200 acres of preserve areas.
Homes will be priced from the low $200s to the $400s.
Rolling Hills will have a two-story residents club with a leisure room, kitchen, an Internet center and an activity center. The first floor connects to a super pool with slide and a splash pool with an interactive water feature.
Construction on the amenity center starts this summer with an anticipated 2008 opening.
Builders include CornerStone Homes, Ryland Homes, Kingsouth Construction, J.A. Long Design Builders and Sid Higginbotham Builder, Inc.
