St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community with more than 200 families living in the neighborhood, has begun its third phase of sales.

David Weekley Homes is building on 70-foot homesites, while ICI Homes and Kemick Homes are constructing new homes on the neighborhood’s 80-foot homesites. Morrison Homes is building on 60-foot homesites at St. Johns Forest. There are four model homes available for viewing and a fifth model home will be under construction soon. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $320,000s to more than $1 million.
