A local Realtor attending the recent downtown developer forum was the lucky recipient of a $1,000 Visa card. Dennis M. Kinkopf, an agent with Vanguard Realty Inc. GMC, won the plastic prize at the Hines-sponsored forum.
The event, held at the Jacksonville Marriott, drew scores of Realtors interested in learning more about downtown Jacksonville’s residential opportunities and hearing presentations by some of the urban area’s leading high-rise and community developers.
The forum event included an exhibit area where developers set up booths showcasing their projects and answered specific questions about their communities and developments. In addition to The St. John, Hines’ luxury condominium tower on the Southbank riverfront, the developers and communities being represented included Shipyards, Old San Jose on the River, SRG Homes & Neighborhoods, One12, East San Marco, 1661 Riverside and The Waverly at Deerwood Commons.
