The St. Joe Company has opened the RiverTown sales center off County Road 210. The sales center will be home to four sales agents to help buyers with homes in the 4,170-acre community located off of State Road 13 in St. Johns County.
The agents are Tom Debs, who has been with Beazer Homes and KB Home; Jennifer Evancho, who has been in property management; Bill Gottschalk, who has been working on site for two local boutique builders and at the local franchise of a national builder; and Nahid Sabet, who joined The St. Joe Company in 2001, selling homes at St. Johns Golf & Country Club.
Construction on the first phase of RiverTown has commenced and will continue through 2007 and include Town Center, a retail location planned to offer area residents a host of restaurants and specialty shops, and the 58-acre Riverfront Park between Highway 13 and the St. Johns River, planned to open in 2008. The first residents are expected in 2008.
