Rosewood moves into St. Johns

After 18 years of building homes exclusively in Clay and Duval counties, Rosewood Homes is moving into St. Johns County. The homebuilder has purchased 36 home sites in Aberdeen, a residential master-planned community.

. The homebuilder will offer buyers a choice of six floor plans that will start from the $300,000s.

In addition to expanding into St. Johns County, Rosewood Homes recently broke ground on a new office building and design center, which will more than double the homebuilder’s current space.
