Brylen Homes is opening sales at The Surf, an Amelia Island community featuring 37 single-family homes and townhomes.
The first homes are now under construction and there will be two- and three-story townhomes as well as single-family homes.
The $1 million-plus residences are in three townhome floor plans.
The Beach Side is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom design featuring 2,940 square feet of space and a two-car garage, the Sand Castle is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home featuring 3,376 square feet of space and an attached two-car garage and the Waterside is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathrooms single-family, 2,868 square foot home featuring a two-car garage connected by a breezeway.
