Mattamy Homes recently held a French garden party at their new community of Worthington Park. More than 150 area Realtors attended.
The homes range from 2,800 square feet to 3,846 square feet and all have at least four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Taylor floor plan includes a bonus room, complete with a bath and a two-car garage.
There are currently four Taylor homes available for sale ranging from $524,900 to $625,900. Realtors also had the opportunity to see two homes with the Sophia floor plan, which display 2,800 square feet of space and range from $550,900 to $574,000, and a 2,815 square foot home with the Riley floor plan, priced at $535,900.
Worthington Park is in northern St. Johns County just off State Road 13.
