Once every year, Mercedes Homes’ Jacksonville division approaches their suppliers and vendors to present a bonus package of home products and services. This year, the division, which includes new home communities throughout Clay, Duval and St. Johns counties, is offering up to $20,000 in options, upgrades and incentives.
Homebuyers can select from a variety of home upgrades to complete their kitchen, master bath and home accents. The program is available in select Mercedes Homes’ single-family communities including Blue Lake Estates and Creekside Oaks on Jacksonville’s Westside, in Orange Park at Spencer Plantation, on the Northside at Victoria Lakes and in St. Augustine at Olde Florida.
Some of the upgrades included are a leaded glass front door, upgraded exterior door hardware, and a landscape and lighting package including two Washingtonian palm trees and one Sago palm.
Inside, homebuyers can choose a decorative mosaic tile and ceramic tile in the entry foyer, the choice on one interior paint color, and upgraded vinyl flooring. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a Moen pull-out faucet and 42-inch kitchen cabinets.
In the master suite, homebuyers can have raised vanities, Moen vestige series fixtures, a Rubbermaid closet organizer and a jetted whirlpool bathtub.
A technology package that includes a full security system, a surround sound pre-wiring and rocker switches throughout the home is also part of the package.
