Ryland Homes continued its series of Celebrity Sizzle events recently, with two cooking and open house events taking place at Ryland’s model homes in the Sevilla and Doctor’s Inlet communities. Ryland Homes donated $500 to a charity of each local celebrity’s choice.

The Sizzle at Sevilla event took place in Ryland’s Sevilla model home located at World Commerce Center near the World Golf Village. People in attendance were treated to a freshly prepared entree by local celebrities Chef Matt from Kingfish Grill, Nease English teacher Jodi Rolison and Slammer and Squire Golf Pro Dylan Shook. The charities that received donations were Nease High School and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Sizzle at Doctor’s Inlet Reserve in Orange Park brought more food and fun to attendees as they viewed the cooking demonstration and model home. Local celebrities that helped cook a lasagna entree for onlookers included Chef George Trefry of Santioni’s Cucina Italiana, TV-4’s Nikki Preede and Clay County Commissioner Harold Rutledge. The charities that received donations were Clay High School and Lifeworks Jacksonville.
