Hines has completed its sales center at The St. John and is now selling the condominium homes in downtown Jacksonville.
Located adjacent to The Aetna Building, the sales center features a scale model of the 582-foot tower, computer renderings and a model of downtown’s orientation to the St. Johns River as well as a prototype of a condominium home’s kitchen and bathroom that demonstrate the quality finishes in each home.
Visitors can see the floor plans and features of various homes in The St. John, which have preliminary pricing of $325,000 to more than $2.5 million and range in size from 780 to 3,800 square feet, including the tower’s 15 penthouse homes.
