SMC hears some good news

The news is good for Jacksonville’s real estate market.

That was the underlying message presented by Dr. John Roberts, a Federal Reserve Board member, at last month’s Sales and Marketing Council breakfast at the UNF University Center.

Roberts touched on numerous real estate topics such as the impact of baby boomers on the market, Florida’s market compared to other Southeastern states, ideas on how to remedy the market, and the market contrast between north and south Florida.
