Morton’s The Steakhouse on the Southbank is currently accepting nominations to find an extraordinary Jacksonville woman who demonstrates a commitment to volunteerism, service and community — a “Woman of Spirit.”
Morton’s The Steakhouse is partnering with the American Red Cross as well as the nation’s leading women in wine. This event is being done at 38 Morton’s restaurants across the U.S. One woman will be selected by each of the 38 restaurants and honored during a “Woman of Spirit” wine dinner.
“We want to recognize an outstanding woman in the Jacksonville community who shows her spirit by making this town a better place to live,” said Pete Nebrich, general manager of Morton’s The Steakhouse in Jacksonville. “There’s no better way to honor a person with these qualities than to reward her with an evening of unparalleled service, food, wine and spirits at Morton’s.”
Nominations for Morton’s “Woman of Sprit” will be accepted until May 7, when a winner will be selected — just in time for Mother’s Day. To nominate a woman who is making a difference in the community, visit www.mortons.com/womenofspirit.
