Two new model homes at Laterra Links, a new coach home community at World Golf Village, were unveiled during a recent grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration.
The homes are in two-story buildings with four residences per building – two upstairs and two downstairs. There are two floor plans available offering 2,160 or 2,783 square feet of living space. Each home has a separate entrance, attached two-car garage and screened lanai.
Homes on the first floor feature 10-foot ceilings while homes on the second level include vaulted ceilings, skylights and a private elevator inside the home as standard features..
The coach homes start in the $500s.
