Del Webb/Pulte Homes held an afternoon event recently for Jacksonville and Beaches Realtors to introduce the newest Del Webb community, Riverwood by Del Webb at Nocatee. Held one day before seminars for potential homebuyers, Realtors were the first to catch a glimpse of Riverwood.
Nearly 200 Realtors enjoyed a theatre-in-the-round-style multi-media presentation and received the first look at Riverwood’s home designs and pricing.
Prudential Network Realty agent June Nix was impressed by what she learned about the area’s newest Del Webb community and looks forward to sharing it with her clients.
“It will sell itself,” said Nix. “I don’t think I’ll have to say a word.”
