Floridians considering building a home in Florida can now get helpful information about this process from The Florida Bar. The Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, through its Construction Law Committee, has introduced a new title to The Florida Bar’s Consumer Pamphlet Series.
The pamphlet, titled “Building A Home,” covers key issues important in the process of constructing a home, including selecting a contractor, construction contracts and liens and payments to contractors.
This pamphlet has been prepared and reviewed by members of The Florida Bar who are Board Certified in the area of Construction Law.
