Benchmark Custom Luxury Homes has named Mary Anne Hashem as president of Benchmark Homes Realty, Inc.
Hashem, who most recently was Director of Builder Sales and Marketing for the Prudential Network Realty, will be responsible for introducing Benchmark’s custom home building techniques and products to real estate professionals throughout Duval and St. Johns County.
Hashem has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years in a variety of positions, including residential sales, gated community site sales, national home builder sales management and corporate relocation.
